I watched brilliant leaders get stuck in the weeds of daily admin, so I pivoted from managing their hosting to stewarding their operations.
That insight sharpened while managing podcast and event operations for industry leaders. Whether coordinating virtual events or running weekly content workflows, one thing became clear—platforms change, but strong systems scale.
